Laser Hair Reduction

We recommend six to eight sessions in order to see optimal results. Laser Hair Removal is a hair reduction service, not a hair removal service. While the majority of people see up to 90% permanent hair growth reduction, fluctuating hormones can make hair grow back for some clients. A maintenance session every once in a while is recommended as per consultation.
PROCESS OF Laser Hair Reduction
- Thorough consultation with our Doctor in order to assess hair growth, areas of treatment and number of sessions required.
- Client can be offered a complimentary underarm Laser Hair Reduction trial session to assess effectiveness and the client’s comfort during the service.
- A cleanser/moisturiser is applied to the area which is to be shaved in order to prevent the experience of a burning sensation.
- Once the hair is shaved and excess hair is removed, the aesthetician marks out grids on the treatment area indicating sections that will receive the Laser Hair Reduction treatment.
- A cold gel is applied over the treatment area which helps the aesthetician to move the LHR handpiece across the area with ease and also prevents the laser from burning the skin.
- After the area has seen treated, the gel is removed and the area is wiped clean. Once the complete session is done, a moisturiser & sunblock is applied.
